Auto Grid (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates autogrid.in. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our website or services.

Information we collect: Name, phone number, email address and vehicle details when you make an enquiry or booking. We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, session duration) via Google Analytics.

How we use your information: To respond to enquiries, schedule appointments, send service reminders and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

WhatsApp communications: When you contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to ours.

Cookies: We use cookies for analytics and functionality. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Bookings: Appointments are confirmed only after our team sends a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Verbal or informal confirmations are not binding.

Pricing: All prices quoted are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, paint condition and the specific products used. A final price will be confirmed before any work begins.

Vehicle condition: We are not liable for pre-existing paint defects, previous repairs or damage discovered during the preparation process. We will notify you of any significant findings before proceeding.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a booking fee. Please contact us as early as possible.

Warranty periods vary by service and product tier. All warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of service completion.

PPF warranty: 1–7 years depending on the film brand and package selected. Covers yellowing, bubbling, cracking and delamination under normal use. Does not cover physical damage, improper washing or chemical contamination.

Ceramic / graphene coating warranty: 1–5 years depending on the product tier. Covers loss of hydrophobic properties and coating failure under normal use. Requires annual maintenance washes using pH-neutral products.

Warranty claims: Contact us via WhatsApp with photos of the issue. We will inspect the vehicle and assess the claim within 7 business days.

We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service delivered, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will assess the issue.

Refunds are issued only where a service defect attributable to our installation or workmanship is confirmed upon inspection. We reserve the right to remedy the defect before issuing a refund.

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction based on expectations that were not communicated prior to the service, or for issues arising from improper aftercare by the vehicle owner.
